Stephon Marbury banned by Isiah
Isiah Thomas told his star player stephon marbury not to attend their home games or even go to Madison square garden. The one time future of the Knicks is now the cast off of the team. He is not the best teammate to have, but he is still a great player.
I would not be surprised if you see stephon be traded after this season and before the NBA draft. He has been one something like 4 or 5 teams so far and has not really fit in anywhere. At this point the teams have to ask themselves if it is worth having this great player on their team if he is going to be a huge pain and cause trouble.
Myself I don’t think I would take him. Yes he is in the top 10 for point guards in the NBA but he just isn’t worth it. He didn’t fit in with Minnesota, He didn’t fit in with the New Jersey Nets, and he defiantly doesn’t fit in with the New York Knicks. He is just a anchor to any team he goes to. More teams in the NBA need players that aren’t worried about their image as an all star and just play the game. Marbury is just worried about himself and his money.

to tell your best player to sit out the next game is not a good idea. if there paying him a lot of money then he should have to play ever game. I can see that he has a bad attitude but i would to if i had to play for the knicks. Thomas was a good player but he is a horrible coach and he needs to be fired. I think that if marbury gets traded to a better team he would become a better player and he wouldnt be so frustrated with the bad teams he's with right now. to sit him out is wrong but who can blame him for having a bad attitude.
